I have a legal question. My mom was diagnosed with copd bout 10 yrs ago. She had a lung reduction, 6 yrs ago, and a lung transplant 3 yrs ago. She was doing great.Til about 8/02.Now she is having many complications from the medicines. Diabetes, and now she has renal disease. She would like to know what she should do. She wonders if maybe she could have a case against the pharmacuitcals. She traded one thing for many others. Her lung is great. No rejection,, But how can you not tell a patient what is most likely to happen. We had no idea.......We were just told about rejection...... Any help would be great ty..
