Who do you complain to if you think your state inspector is incompetent or has no working dialysis knowledge and whose idea of inspecting a unit is to "pop"in and say hi. I am just a nurse and I know we have deficiencies such as not following policies, inproper charting, etc. Yet after inspection, these were not noted. Also, I am concerned that a inspector is just "pencil whipping" when each unit he/she goes to gets no deficiencies.

Please report this to US Dept of Health & Human Services, Office of Inspector General. YOu can also report to CMS, since CMS is responsible for the state survey agencies. YOu should be commended for having concern that surveyors are not doing their job appropriately
