Can someone tell me the contact info for dialysis units located near the Marine bases in VA and MD? I think the city in VA is Quantico. I don't yet know the location in MD.
My company has a facility about 20 minutes from the Naval Academy. The unit is in Glen Burnie, MD. The facility name is "Arundel Center". You can find the contact information on our web page at http://www.idfdn.org

You can find quite a bit of information about dialysis facilities on Dialysis Facility Compare on the Medicare web site at http://www.medicare.gov/Dialysis/Home.asp. You can search this web site in any state by county, city, or even zip code. The database includes facility characteristics (name, address, contact information, profit/non-profit status, what corporation (if applicable) owns the clinic, and when it was first certified by Medicare. You can also look at measures of quality for the period including the percentage of their patients who received dialysis adequacy, anemia management, and survival.
