LCSWs are hard to come by as we all know. Is anyone willing to share wording for a policy identifying what an LCSW needs to provide by way of oversight for renal MSWs to continue to function within their scope of service in the dialysis outpatient setting?

I don't know how many social workers in CA have the LCSW license so I can't comment on how available LCSWs are. However, the Council of Nephrology Social Workers has a number of resources.
