Hello!
I'm looking for information about dietitan/patient ratios, so if you would like to share your current caseload information, how many hours per week you work, and where you are located, I would really appreaciate it! Also if anyone knows where I can get more information about appropriate caseload size in a dialysis center, that would be helpful also!
THANKS!!!!!!!

In several regions, the ratio was 100 patients for a 40 hr/wk RD. That presumed adults only and no travel between units. There are currently no published benchmark ratios that I know of but I believe NRAA is working on a database that would include that information - likely in 6 months to a year.

My ratio is 175pts for a 40 hr/wk RD, pretty crazy huh?
