I am a graduate student and intern working on a project that involves providing recipe and menu planning interactive software to patients in dialysis centers, for use while they are in the center. Is anyone doing this? What programs are recommended?

My project entails convincing administrator's to purchase the necessary equipment. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
