CBGs on Hemodialysis - Topic Powered by Eve Community

Does anyone know what the accepted guidelines are for treating hyperglycemia based on CBGs taken during HD treatment. Our dialysate has a glucose level of 200mg/dL. Are CBGs during HD even valid?
