What is the most recommended procedures for the use of heparine and protamine?
Please specify when and how each is given during the treatment. I really apreciate the
responses.

Note: Protamine must be administrated slowly to prevent the very serious adverse reactions of hypotension, bradycardia, and circulatory collapse. Check for any known allergies to fish prior to administration of protamine due to the possibility of cross sensitivity reactions.
