What is the difference between the potassium in the metabolic profile and the potassium in the electrolyte profile?

I read that a normal urine volume is from 750-2000. What if the volume on the test says that your urine volume is 2757?

And last question is If a normal range for total urine protien is from 0-84 and the test says that yours is 474 what does that mean?
