In relation to reuse dialyzers - scenario of pt recieving another pt's reuse dialyzer. What documentation would be needed and what follow-up for the pts would be implemented. Also are there any articles etc related to what potential risk to the pt who recieved the other pts reuse dialyzer? I am not a dialysis worker and was given an assignment to interview and find information related to this for my renal rotation in school. Thanks ahead of time. Any info would be helpful or your companies policy procedure related to same.
