Hello, My name is Misty and I am a new Manager in an INPATIENT hemodialysis unit, in Michigan. My question is are there techs performing complete patient care in regards to hemodialysis out there in the state of Michigan. If so, what criteria deems them compitent to do so? How does CMS/joint commission view techs in the hospital? What, if any, are their limitations? Thank you, in advance
