Would this be a message delivered to you full of anions? (Something like a candy gram that is a message full of candy?)
Seriously, though, I have not heard of an aniongram. I have, however, heard of an anion gap. First: anion - this is an ion carrying a negative charge. It is attracted by, and travels to, the anode. ion - A particle carrying an electric charge. cation - an ion that carries a positive charge. anion gap - This is a concept used to estimate electolyte levels in the blood and the conditions that influence them. This can be used to help determine acid base disturbances. I hope this is actually what you were after! If not, please let me know if we can help further! Carol |
