I have been appauled by dialysis centers hiring RN"s as clinical managers with very little dialysis experience.I know of two units one where the clinical manager is totally new to dialysis and the other the manager has had a limited year of dialysis.In the old days the clinical manager would be the resource person you would go to for advice.Networks state you need a RN in the building how about one that knows what she"s doing also PD programs running without a nurse with PD experience another person"s CV was used to pass initial survey and she never worked there.What can be done about this???
