How much are you charging for a hemodialysis treatment and do you charge more for an ICU or 1:1 treatment?

JJust as we have one charge for our outpatient treatment-whether you have three pts. in your cluster or one pt-the inpt has the same charge whether they are ICU or select specialty or the only pt to run in our inpt unit or we get called in at 0200 to run an emergency. Are ther other places that are differentiating their inpt dialysis charges?

Sorry about the first response bcreeklisa, too fast with the click. We are a hospital based acute care setting and we do not perform chronic outpatient treatments. We do bill different fee's for our inpatient unit, where the nurses keep a one nurse to 3 patient ratio, and our ICU treatments where the nurses perform a 1:1 ratio. Although Medicare reimburses the same, private insurances may reimburse more. I was trying to see what others charge. I recently found out that the chronic outpatient center was billing more for a treatment than we were for a hospital treatment.
