I am taking a trip. I will dialyze at my home unit Mon and Wed. The out of state unit says they can take me the Sat and Tues after that. Is it safe to miss two days in a row twice?

Check with your physician, but generally, yes, that is fine. Be sure to carefully watch your diet and the fluid you drink. This is a common way to switch someone from a Monday - Wednesday - Friday schedule, to a Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday schedule without difficulty.
