I have been an RN for 5 years, most recently in a tele step down unit. I am interested in getting training to work in a dialysis clinic or hospital setting. Can anyone give me advice on the best way to get training? Most jobs seem to require at least 1 year of dialysis experience but it is difficult to get hired with no experience, the old catch 22. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Most Dialysis clinics would grab you up with no experience. They are willing to train you just to have you on board Rn or LPN
