How could that be possible? With the cost of staff, water, electricity, supplies, ect. even dialyzing mutiple patients I don't see how you could come close to that.

CPT = dialyzers, lines, supplies, acid, bicarb.
Have had 18 and below several times. Just depends on how many of the more expensive dialyzers are being used and if nothing I mean nothing (supplies, acid, bicarb) is being wasted.
Keep in mind that dialysate flow rate affects your CPT. It's often overlooked that a DFR of 800 will use up much more acid and bicarb than a DFR of 600. This is a prescribed dosage and should not be altered in order to increase profits.
