Why are posts delayed?

Do you mean my responses? If so, that is simply because I only check this site one time a day, usually in the morning, and respond then. I also don't check on the weekends or holidays, or when I am on vacation, or traveling. Therefore, my response could be delayed by as much as 3 or 4 days sometimes. If I am going to be unable to check this site for greater than 3 or 4 days, I try to leave a message to that effect.

If you are refering to a post you may have made, I am - frankly - clueless. Can you give me an example?
