I am interested in finding out how many other hospitals have a floor specifically for the Nephrology patient, the size of your hospital and number of beds for the Nephrology patient. Have you implemented any new "Best Practices"

I am a nurse manager for a Nephrology Unit in Farmington, NM. Our hospital size is 150 beds. The number of beds for Nephrology patients-34. We recently have implemented physician computer patient discharges. We use the Meditech system. I would like to know the same information at your hospital.
