I am looking for people that have a SLEDD program in place, using the Fresenius k machines. We are hospital based dialysis unit and are trying to start a sledd program in our hospital. Any information would be helpful.
Thanks

Its Sled -Sustained low-efficiency dialysis. Its Dialysis done over 6-8 hrs at Qb 150 ml/min and Qd 300ml/min on Acute pts.

No its slowed down hemodialysis. I suppose you can use Prima for 6hrs but that makes it expensive.

If you run more than 6hrs it becomes CRRT and not Sled anymore. Low uf dialyzer and cheap dialysate. I use the Prismaflex for CRRT.
