Hi, I'm looking for a wall chart or similar that has a list of medications that are removed during dialysis to put up in our unit. Does anyone know where I could find one?

Amgen publishes a yearly pamphlet on the dialyzability of drugs and im sure they have some type of wall chart. contact your rep. Also the NPA, nephrology pharmacists association which produces the pamphlet with Amgen should also have something. hope this helps.
