I have both HD and PD experience. I am currently working in a free-standing PD unit and recently the company has begun to accept infants into the program. No pediatric PD training has been provided for staff. I do not have any pediatric experience and am concerned about providing safe competent care. Any suggestions?

Contact your local ESRD Network. They may have resources or may be able to connect you with a pediatric facility for you to network with.
