Does anyone have a competency check off for cannulation of a mature AV fistula they would be willing to share?

We don't have one specifically for that but it should be a pretty simple one.

1. Assess for S&S of infection.
2. Assess for patency.
3. Proper cleansing.
4. Maintains acepsis during procedure.
5. Secures needles correctly.
