Does anyone have ward orders that limit the UF rate?

Our general rule is not to exceed 1500 ml. UFR per hour.
I don't believe it is a written policy, just the philosophy of our nephrologist. |

Re: Limit on UF per hour. I attended NKF
annual meeting, the same question was raised. According to DOQI guidelines, 21mls/hour/kg is the maximum you can lose. |
