Curious about this company. Have read it is an up and coming company - mostly Gambro execs, but the thing that draws me to it is that ita small companyand that leads me to hope that staff input will be welcomed and appreciated. 80 units currently. What are the phiolosophical differences in how care is delivered vs the other big 2 - Davita & FMC. Or isn't it like the others. I'd like to hear all sides - thanks in advance!

I will tell one BIG positive fact about RAI.
The Clinic managers bonuses are 100 % based on outcomes not financials...that is a huge move to truley caring about the patient...The other big boys cannot hold this to thier credit.
I am very impressed with this.
