My Mom has Dialysis and having problems. The last hour her B\P drops she cramps up and gets headaches. They have to give her 300 to 400cc's of Saline to bring up her B\P which makes her over when they send her home.She has lost both her kidneys to cancer. Now her lungs fill with fluid from all the extra Saline. Any ideas? Thanks

Low Blood pressure and cramping at the end of treatment can be caused by a couple of different things such as the amount of fluid gain between treatments if they are having to pull a large amount of fluid that can cause it also if they are trying to pull off too much fluid that can cause it but since you said that her lungs are filling up that is probably not the case. How much fluid is she gaining between treatments and how long does she run?
