Hey does anyone out there have any problems with nrse/tech working relationships in their unit?

Oh yeah. It is almost never a good thing.

My Wife and I work together and we have no issues, however you must keep it on a profeshinal bases while at work and shop talk is for the ride home and not at the dinner table. We're working on our 4th year and still happliy married so it can work if you want it too!

I have seen these sort of relationships quite a lot in 27 years of dialysis experience. Most have worked out fine as long as you stay professional. No different than any other workplace relationship.
