Has anyone out there heard of any clinic stopping EPO/Aranesp for dialysis/ CKD Patients? There is one clinic in Texas that is doing this, claiming that Medicare has stopped paying for it, which is NOT ture.

I have in hospital based outpatient units. They do get payed for aranesp that is given but not the epogen.
