Does anyone know of any bonuses DaVita gives re:hire from recommendation? I submitted a hard copy of my resume and application to a DaVita acute unit and was mobbed by some staff urging me to mention their names on my application in order for ME to get a bonus. Sounded fishy to me since I could understand THEM getting a bonus if I'm hired

At this time DaVita if offering a referral bonus to anyone who refers a nurse who in turns is hires. I don't remember the amount, I believe it may be 1K. This comes and go's occasionally as the need for trained nurses fluctuates.
