I am working as a nurse in a dialysis clinic. We are a clinic being bought by Davita and Renal Advantage.
Can anyone tell me the what is being offered as sign on bonus to stay with the company? The staff in our clinic is being offered from $25,000 to $100,000.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

What nerve they have - I have worked for Davita for years and do you think they have ever offered me a bonus? We cannot even get additional staff when we need it!
I do not think this is fair AT ALL!

I would have to seriously doubt the bonus amount offered by Davita. I would say 2500 - 10,000 sounds more realistic. Must have been a typo !!

So anyway how are you old Gambro folks gettin it wit the Davita crew.In english, how has the transition been, for you guys...
