You can lead a discussion group by being a moderator. Your name will listed with your topic. A moderator posts commentary and questions (a couple of times a week)to keep the discussion focused and on track. A moderator has control of the messages displayed in their group. A moderator can also be notified by e-mail when there are new messages in their discussion group. You can even use a "pen name" as a moderator if it makes you more comfortable.
