How about an open forum for patients and caregivers to exchange information and express concerns and feelings.

I think that's a great idea. I would like to see the business world model of "client centered" management be extended to dialysis.
The one requirement I have for opening a separate discussion forum on that topic, so it doesn't get out of control, is to have a moderator.

A moderator's responsibilities are to check the board a couple of times per week, make comments, delete any inappropriate messages, and generally keep the forum discussion on track. If you or someone else would like to fill that role, please send me an e-mail. I would then register you as a moderator and talk you through how to edit and delete messages. It requires a commitment of about 20-30 minutes a week.

I think it is a very worthy and interesting topic. Please consider it.
