With nocturnal starting up a section dedicated to it would be good.

I also agree. It seems to be better for the patients and would like to have a forum to hear and understand more about it from patients and healthcare professionals.
AKSY makes a device for home hemodialysis. I don't believe it has the capabilities to do nocturnal. You have to have special flow rates etc to do this.

I believe on their website they say the home dialysis machine is adaptable to slow nocturnal. You set the flow rate on the machine lower so you can run longer without running out of bicarb and acid.
