Mr. Peterson:
I am a little disappointed in your website recently. Many professionals I work with in the renal industry have regarded it as a good resource and place to get industry information however, recently your comments following the news headlines postings have changed some minds. Your personal comments with the News Headlines you post on the right hand side of the page everyday are really unnecessary. Please keep your personal opinion to your Discussion Boards and just report the news for what it is and let the readers decide what they will from the piece. It is beginning to turn people away from your website and from regarding it as a credible source for us and the patients we serve. There are good people out there that work for the companies you have opinions about and work very hard everyday to make a difference for the ESRD patients. This industry is tough enough for all of us and we should remember, at the end of the day, the patients we care for are chronically ill and need our help and helpful information. Thank you!

Concerned,

The comments you speak of are usually exerts from the article itself. When they are not, they do nothing but summarize points in the article.

You can also think of the comments as an editorial in a newspaper or magazine, if you don't like what the editor has to say, don't read the editorial.

Just a guess, you work for Amgen and are upset about all the bad (and well deserved) press they have been getting lately?

Keep up the good work Gary!

Chuck

Mr Peterson,
I enjoy your little summaries.
I was wondering when the big providers were going to turn on you for your Grow new kidneys site. I am sure nothing scares the big chains and amgen more than the prospect of frankenkidneys being grown in the lab.
These providers might laugh off this possibility but I think it concerns them in the long run.

Erik
