Hi:

I am new here and it seems many people have maintained jobs while on dialysis. I have found the whole ordeal overpowering and have trouble just getting by day by day.
Am I unusual? I noted a recent survery that showed less than 10 per cent of dialysis patients are able to continue working.
While I applaud those who can carry on a near-normal life on daily dialysis, it just seems to me that it is not the norm.
