I had the same pain when I started PD, and they eventually did a catheter revision to reposition it.
It's also possible that you've set your drain-time too high... it might not take as long for you to drain.

Thanks for you answer. The cath that I have is the coiled type so isn't supposed to move around, but I may need to have them go back in and tack it up so it doesn't touch the bladder. I will give it a few days to see if it stops. I did have the same pain on the manual drain but I could stop it when the pain started. I will see about chaning the drain time on the machine.
