We at Culinary Kidney Cooks have just published a brand new renal diet teaching tool and dialysis diet cookbook that you might be interested in. It has been under development since 1997 by Sara Colman, RD and Dorothy Gordon, RN whose husband, David was on dialysis from 1997 - 2000.

The 272 page book was reviewed and given high marks by the National Kidney Foundation's Council on Renal Nutrition. It has gotten rave reviews from Renal Dietitians all over the country. Lots of information about the book and its writing is on the website.

We also publish a very popular "Recipe of the Week", and a "Dialysis Helpful Hint" on renal nutrition related to the recipe, every week on our site.
