On be half of the Florida Renal Coalition, I am seeking dialysis patients in Florida that are receiving Intravenous Vitamin D therapy.
We would like to hear from Patients who might be interested in discussing their experiences and treatment with the media.
The goal is to improve awareness of the needs of dialysis Patients, and to educate the media about proposed Florida Medicare restrictions on Vitamin D treatment.

The Florida Renal Coalition includes the National Kidney Foundation of Florida, the Florida Society of Nephrology, the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Network of Florida, The Florida Renal Administrators Association, and the Florida Chapter of the American Nephrology Nurses' Association (ANNA).
