can anyone PLEASE tell me if dialysis patients receive potassium chloride at their treatments?

RNR,
Potassium chloride is present in the dialysate. The level of KCL in the dialysate is part of the dialysis prescription with levels typically ranging from 0 - 4.0. In my 20+ years in the field, I do recall having one patient that received a KCL drip. |
