How prevelent is the use of Cardizem for patients who are on dialysis?

The use of Cardizem is very prevalent in my area. However, not as a BP med, but for arythmias such as A-fib. I work in an acute dialysis unit where the patients are often on a Cardizem drip. We do not have any problems with hypotension due to the Cardizem.
