Does anyone know how to find out what the Dept. of Health rating is for a dialysis center.If so could you e-mail me the info.

Most likely there is not one, since a dialysis unit is considered a non-medical facility.

if you look up cms dialysis compair
you will find center for medicare services has a web site that compairs dialysis units
