I had surgery 1/13/01, and the surgery remove three glands, one was the size of a golf ball, the others were huge, but not as big. The Dr.went back in a second time with a gamma probe to locate the forth, but was not succefully; he did remove some of the left side of the thyroid. Know I have swellen in my face,and lower left breast. Per my dr this should work it self out in about a month, should I wait it out or should I get this procedure done, which I have a 50/50 chance of creating a blood clot. I have a history of scare tissue
