Hallo my name is Thomas (44 years) and come from Germany. I was 14 years and i must at first to hemodialysis in Heidelberg. In Heidelberg was the 1970 the first hospital for children with nephro damage. Since this time I'm dialysing and since 1983 at home with my woman. I can work every day because the dialyse is in the evening or night. Every year i go to hollidays at the canarian island or other countries.

Thomas, Glad that you have done so well. I am retired army, and have worked in dialysis for 7 yrs now...Lived in Germany for a total of 10 yrs...Darmstadt, Frankfort and Mannhiem. Would love to hear from you.

Hi Thomas:

Congratulations od doing so well after thirty years on dialysis! And to maintain your enthusiasm for life is an inspiration.

One question: Are you still on a waiting list for a transplant?

Just wondering. Best wishes and continued good health.
