What does the changes in medicare reimbursement mean My first thought was 8% increase in composite rate sounds like a dream come true....but with the changes to epogen reimbursement ????This will make the "overfill"practice we all have done for so many years not as effective and question will this void all amgen contracts that each indivual provider has with amgen????Also I have read CMS is writing a new condition of coverage for ESRD that was written in 1963???
What are we exspecting from that???

Hopefully you have gotten corrected information on the reimbursement. Most folks have found that net/net after all the increases, decreases and budget neutrality factors they are about 1% ahead.

Conditions of coverage came out the end of last week see the renal web home page.
