I need to find out how blood tests for BUN, Creat. and Hct. are reimbursed. Are these tests included in the composite rate?? or reimbursed separately?? What are typical costs and reimbersement rates?? Are there limitations on how often they can be performed - for both Chronic and Acute patients.
