does any fresenius companys give bonuses for working 3 saturdays in one month? If so how do you find out the rules in order to recieve this my company seems to make up rules as they go also they write people up on hear say who can u dispute these problems to when its the nurse manager and the area managers doing it!

I used to receive bonuses from FMC for working extra saturdays and on my days off.
When they are hurting for people -- they will pay!

TishRN...you better believe money counts,,,clinics after clinics get Centers of Excellence and only the Clinical and Area managers get lofty bonus checks every year...now thats a crock of shat!

My bonus was for doing acute HD treatments. They would pay $100 extra for each treatment done, in addition to your time and half wages. If you did 2 treatments in that day it was $200 for the bonus and time/half.
I received end of year bonuses too.

I got bonuses from other companies for extra days/treatments done too - so it was not just FMC.
