Are admins in FL required by anyone to have a certain level of education? Is a bachelors necessary?

Look at the Federal Register Title 42, CFR 405, Subpart U, there are the Federal requirements for all relevant positions in the dialysis unit.

The reference given of the ESRD Federal Register states that an MD, RN, or someone with a bachelors degree may be a director (administrator) of a dialysis facility.
