Does anyone have experience with staff assisted home hemo in the nursing home setting? We would like to get a program started.

Yes, in 2 different settings. What questions do you have and what staff are you talking about? Don't have all the answers but will try to help. What state, how big a program, how big a LTC, etc.

We are in Washington state, bordering Idaho and have patients in 3 SNF's in Idaho. All have expressed interest in working with us, one is willing to have their staff trained. All have 3-4 patients on HD at this time.
