January 9, 2001 - Fresenius Medical Care announced that they have completed the acquisition of Everest Healthcare Services for $343 million in cash and assumed debt.

December 23, 2000 - Fresenius Medical Care announced that they are extending the tender offer deadline relating to the acquisition of Everest Healthcare Services until January 5, 2001.

December 15, 2000 - Fresenius Medical Care announced that they are extending the tender offer deadline relating to the acquisition of Everest Healthcare Services until December 22.

December 12, 2000 - Fresenius Medical Care announced that they have received 97.1% of consents in response to the tender offer and consent solicitation related to the Everest Healthcare Services acquisition.

December 1, 2000 - Fresenius has made an amendment to its tender offer and receipt of requisite consents in the Everest Healthcare acquisition.

November 16, 2000 - Fresenius has released some of the financial details of the acquisition of Everest Healthcare Services.

November 2, 2000 - Fresenius Medical Care AG said it will buy US-based Everest Healthcare Services, with its 70 dialysis clinics and 6,800 patients, for $343 million in cash, shares and assumed debt.
