Renal Disease Management (RDM), of Youngstown, Ohio, announced that it has entered into a three-year agreement with Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital to provide management services for a new Vascular Access Clinic located at the hospital.

Recent estimates are that hemodialysis vascular access procedures and associated costs represent 25 percent of total ESRD medical costs ($8,000 - 10,000 per patient per year). Here is ESRD patient total medical costs data from the Baxter affiliate RMS Disease Management .
